The shorter description of Andy Sw\u00e4rd would probably be, passionate life-lover with an outright curiosity and thirst for human development.<\/p>\n

The slightly longer description is that Andy as a professional ICF coach, Certified GP, diligently engaged lecturer and motivation seeker, has the benefit of combining his experiences, both successes and adversities from his global upbringing and business experience with his sporting life. Andy is well acquainted with what is required of both the individual and the “team” in its fullest to fulfill everyone’s high goals, regardless of the challenges or obstacles.<\/p>\n

With over 30 years of business experience, including leadership in a number of international groups, Andy is well aware that the right motivation and knowledge of how the mind affects our body and how this affects our daily performance, especially in pressured situations. Understanding the handling of the body’s defense mechanisms (Andy calls it T.C.S TheChangedState) and refining our basic features develops us as individuals and improves relationships with ourselves as well as our environment.<\/p>\n

Being active in both the corporate world and the sports arena creates an interesting synergy effect, making Andy a highly engaged lecturer and personal coach for both successful leaders in business as well as athletes in the international arena eg. Olympic Games in London 2012, Rio 2016 and the Olympic Winter Games in PyeongChang 2018, numerous World Championships, European Championships as well as the three major hockey leagues in the world – NHL, KHL & SHL.<\/p>\n

The combination has created the ability to directly relate to real challenges in a captivating, humorous and sometimes challenging way. Both young heroes and the more experienced ones are given the opportunity to manage and enhance their career, sports performance and, not least, a wonderful life, with new knowledge, insights and concrete tools.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n
